Posture Alignment Assessment
This one to one assessment is designed to identify the underlying cause of pain and restricted movement.
Using structured postural photos and gait analysis, we assess how your body is loading, compensating and adapting as a whole. You will be guided through gentle corrective exercises and leave with a clear, personalised plan to restore alignment and function.
Available online or in person in Ascot and the surrounding areas.
My Story

My journey started about 15 years ago, I developed plantar fasciitis. As a golf caddie this was not ideal.
A professional suggested I read an Egoscue book. I followed the exercises twice a day and within a week the pain had gone. That got my attention.
Over the following years I continued exploring postural alignment and using the principles myself.
Years later I had lower back pain and I worked with Caroline Clarke at Heal your Pain. Within five days the pain had gone. She later guided me towards formal training with Casey Lyon and herself, so I could help others in the same way.
I have worked as a caddie since my teenage years, including on the DPW Tour, PGA Tour and Asian Tour and and still do. Throughout that experience I have seen how important efficient movement is for the body.
Today, I help people relieve pain and move better using the simple structured methods I have learned.
